This morning we went down to the Medical Center again because my leg was really bothering me during the night. The two doctors were both there and they concurred that I've developed an infection on my right calf. While stopping short of making the decision for us, they STRONGLY suggested that we not continue on.
We will disembark tomorrow and spend one night in Waikiki and fly to LAX on Wednesday getting home on Thursday around noon.
This is a big disappointment to both of us but we know that it is the right decision given the risk involved. There will always be other trips.
